Purchases include the Arrival Pack files shown at checkout. The current product is a downloadable ZIP containing city pack PDFs and travel prep PDFs. Future content, custom planning, and updates are not included unless explicitly stated at checkout.
Checkout and file delivery are handled by Gumroad. After purchase, Gumroad provides access to the private download page and purchase receipt email. This website does not host the paid PDF files as public downloads.
Because the Arrival Pack is a digital download, refund eligibility follows the policy shown on the Gumroad checkout page and purchase receipt. If there is a duplicate purchase or a delivery issue, use the Gumroad receipt and support flow first.
